1. 适用范围 Scope

Daily Report Mailer（“本应用”）是个人自用工具，仅供所有者本人使用，不向公众开放。

Daily Report Mailer (“the App”) is a personal tool used solely by its owner. It is not offered to the public.

2. 我们访问的 Google 数据 Google data we access

• gmail.send：仅用于以所有者的账户发送定时报告邮件。
  Used only to send scheduled report emails from the owner's account.
• gmail.readonly：仅用于查找并读取来自指定发件人、指定主题的回复邮件，以提取其中约定格式的内容；不读取、不处理其他邮件。
  Used only to find and read reply emails from a designated sender with a designated subject, to extract content in an agreed format. No other emails are read or processed.
• 基本资料 Basic profile (openid, email, profile)：仅用于显示已连接的账户邮箱。
  Used only to show which account is connected.

3. 数据使用与共享 Use and sharing

本应用不向任何第三方共享、转让或出售数据；不将数据用于广告；不将数据用于训练任何人工智能或机器学习模型。数据仅用于上述功能。

The App does not share, transfer, or sell any data to third parties; does not use data for advertising; and does not use data to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Data is used only for the features described above.

4. 存储与安全 Storage and security

OAuth 令牌仅保存在所有者自有的服务器上，文件权限受限（仅本应用的服务账户可读），与 Google 之间的通信全程通过 HTTPS 加密传输。从回复中提取的内容仅保存在同一服务器上。

OAuth tokens are stored only on the owner's own server in an access-restricted file (readable only by the App's service account). All communication with Google is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Content extracted from replies is stored only on the same server.

5. 撤销授权与删除 Revoking access and deletion

可随时在 Google 账号权限页撤销本应用的访问权限：https://myaccount.google.com/permissions。撤销后本应用将无法再访问 Gmail；在本应用内断开连接会删除服务器上保存的令牌。

You can revoke the App's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation the App can no longer access Gmail; disconnecting within the App deletes the stored token from the server.

6. Google API 服务用户数据政策（有限使用）Limited Use disclosure

本应用对从 Google API 获取的信息的使用和向其他应用的传输，将遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括其中的有限使用（Limited Use）要求。

Daily Report Mailer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

本政策如有更新，将在本页面公布并更新日期。

Any updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
